can後面當然可以接動詞囉!
不過你這句要改一下,變成I hope you can get along with others.
hope是指有較大可能性的希望,wish則是較小可能性的,還有其他人不只一人,所以other要加s
如果你的意思是一定要用wish的話,那要改成I wish you could get along with others.

Other than "others" instead of "other", your writing looks good, dude!

But, I would say:

It is my wish that you get along well with your friends.
