It'll be over when 50% of Nuclear Power plants meltdown and wipe out most of us.

It's not going away anytime soon. It will, however, slow down somewhat after the vaccine is available and enough people take it. This winter will be bad with record deaths. Next year should see the beginning of a downward trend. Stay safe.

Possibly not for many, many years.

It is likely to be like the flu virus mutating annually meaning people will need to be vaccinated every year to try to combat them catching the virus.

However I truly hope I am wrong about this and once these vaccine are distributed it gets rid of this evil virus once and for all

It seems the pandemic is going to continue till our government can be replaced or ruled by the 10 kings that reign one hour with the beast spoken of in the book of Revelation

Well the vaccine is going to begin going out pretty soon.  Governor Andrew Cuomo in New York has said that his state will begin getting shipments of the Pfizer vaccine in about two weeks.  So people will begin being vaccinated by mid-late December.  But that's not the end of the pandemic.  Because the vaccine will only be going out to a relatively small sliver of the population first.  It's expected that the vaccine will begin being available to the general public (so people who aren't elderly or in occupations where they might be particularly exposed to the virus) by spring of 2021.  Now to get "herd immunity", which means that so many people are immune that we aren't likely to see widespread infections, we probably need to hit something like 50-75% immunity (either through infection or vaccination).  From what I've heard, life should be getting back to something like normal in 2021.

When all the infected die or we develop an immunity (herd or vaccine).  I know that's not what you wanted to hear, but some good news is that the vaccine supposedly isn't far off and that ending involves much less death than the other two.
