Does the Bible tells us what to do in order to be saved?

Yes.  Follow Jesus.

Mark 16:16  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall he condemned. 

Belief/faith in Jesus Christ... who He is and what He has done.

YES, CONFESS YOUR SINS WITH A HUMBLE AND SINCERE HEART TO THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS, RECEIVE HIS BODY AND BLOOD AT HOLY COMMUNION AND PRAY THE ROSARY DAILY. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT DIE IN THE STATE OF MORTAL DEADLY SIN. 
"LOVE GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART AND SOUL, MIND AND STRENGTH, AND YOUR FELLOW MAN AS YOURSELF"

YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY TO HEAVEN FOR ALL ETERNITY, FOR THERE IS NO AMOUNT OF SINS THE SACRED HEART OF JESUS WILL NOT FORGIVE. HE KNOWS IF YOU ARE TRYING AND SO DO YOU. 

Yes at John 17:3.There it tells us we can gain everlasting life by coming to know God.

most versions of The Bible used today contain the Salvation message....... but.... in order to find it...... and understand it... one must come to the study open to the leading of God......... anyone of The Body of The  Church, can share the Salvation message with an honest seeker.......... reading The Bible is not a requirement for Salvation
