終止合約-英文寫法?

If a contract can be cancelled this way, it wouldn't have been called "contract", would it?

Please be advised that the contract has been suspended because the fee is higher than expected. Thanks for your long-term cooperation.

We, [party name A] by this given notice, terminate our contract/agreement [agreement name] with [party name B], effective from [today date]. The reason we terminate our contract/agreement is because your cost is being excessive. Thank you for your long term service.
