In English, we do not use unit on countable objects.
So, you may just say, one door, two doors, and so on.
However, you may do it in two conditions:
1. generalization
像是在統計 多樣商品(像是 包含 20個門 30個窗子) 你就可以說:
These 50 units are to be shipped in a week.
2. to avoid repetitions:
We have in stock 50 doors and among them, 30 units are wood and 20 are metal.
So, you may just say, one door, two doors, and so on.

countable----object---piece of door---- a single thing of a particular type of door, often one that is part of a set of things Ikea etc.Each piece of door had her name printed usa on.
uncountable----connected part----units of door----several different parts that must be joined (joinery) together to make something called furniture.Some of the unit-pieces are missing in units of door into pieces.
