The privileged class=adj-=granted=the urban schoolchildren.
Verb in this pattern are followed by the case of a reflexive verb, privileged(=right or advantage available only to urban schoolchildren).
verb(formal) to give somebody special rights or advantages that others do not have:-eg:-have been privileged-----present perfect tense.
eg:-The new education policy (has been privileged) the urban schoolchildren.
eg:-was supposed to privilege=privileged
eg:-Those in urban were in a privileged policy position.
eg:-They are privileged to welcome the policy.
