Do you think Victoria Secret is overrated ?

YES. honestly their products aren't even bad. but the hype around VS is kind of ridiculous

They're probably a bit overrated, but personally I really like their products. Their underwear always seems to fit me best compared to other brands. And they are made of good quality material, so they usually last a long time. They are somewhat expensive though, which is why I usually only ever buy when the 5/$27 deal is going on.

Yes and No at the same time. I don't think they're overrated with their Bras panties sprays etc the only thing I think they're overrated with is thier clothes like I won't spend $46 on a shirt that says PINK I can get a shirt elsewhere that looks the same and feels the same only it doesn't say pink, and I feel like their jackets are a bit overrated even though I love them and have a couple of them and still probably will purchase more in the future but anyways I think they are overrated when it comes to clothing.

Absolutely. So many far better brands... CosaBella, Agent Provocateur, La Perla. VS is really over priced stuff no better than what you could get at Target, and makes boobs look very un natural.

No how is Victoria's secret overrated? It's getting popular maybe but it's not overrated there isn't yet another brand that sells the same thing as it does and market the product just as well as it does.

Yes. Once upon a time, they were more innovative and the quality was better. Mainstream clothiers have copied their style, and the brand has cut corners to save money and boost profits. Part of the appeal was that they tried to make men feel welcome, so that couples could shop together in the same store. I loved going to Victoria’s Secret with my ex-girlfriend, and was happy to pay for the privilege.

Their hosiery was once advertised as “Lingerie for the Legs”, and while expensive, it lived up to the hype. It was quality stuff, and you would have to spend twice as much to get something better. Their “Lasting Luxuries” and seamless pantyhose were adored by women and their men happily paid for them. Some women felt their special bridal pantyhose were the best pantyhose they had ever worn.

The company saved a few pennies by discontinuing these hosiery items and replacing them with the “Body by Victoria” line. They were still very nice, but not quite as nice as the “Lasting Luxuries”, and the seamless and special bridal pantyhose were no longer available. Then the “Body by Victoria” line was replaced by “Sexy Little Things”. The “Sexy Little Things” line were just as expensive, but the quality was no better than the discount department store brands. Hanes Silk Reflections were superior to “Sexy Little Things”, they cost less, and you didn’t have to go to a Victoria’s Secret store to buy them.

Well in a guy's point of view yes but women find their clothing amazing and comfy. It depends on the type of person you are and if you like their products.

I suppose that if you are not into lingerie and all of that, then you would think that this department store is a waste of space. However, for people, namely women (and perhaps now, transgenders), they always love this type of inventory.

BUT... they now have those 2 for 46 bras or whatever so I'll go just for that. I used to have to pay like 60 bucks for one bra from there.

Kind Of. Their bras are good prices and I'd say their underwear as well. The bedding bags aren't too bad and the fragrances are okay, but the apparel is just too much.

Yes. I have never shopped there. I recall when it was strictly a catalog mail order business, long before they had brick and mortar stores. Just never was my style, and I think their prices are outrageous.
