The tea I would like to drink had gone/got cold.

The present perfect can show action which result from past action (hot to cool).Recently completed action.
The present perfect continuous expresses action which began in the past, extended up to now and may continue in the future (allow to get cold......to cool down......cooling down)
(1)My cup of tea has been allowed to get cold.
---My cup of tea has been cooling.
---It is getting cold-------Chinese chill styled English.
(2)coldish----adjective
---I'll treat it as a cool,coldish drink.
