我宜家係我朋友家,準備睇一集戲,咁我朋友問我"Have you watched the movie?"
我就答佢"I have not watched the movie."
想問問大家我咁樣答我朋友有無錯。

You're right indeed. But to keep everything simple and neat, you may just say "no, not yet" or simply "no".
It has never occurred to me that TomingBB has any 粉絲.
你應該咁答:
"I have not watched the movie yet."
係必須要加"yet"呢個字,否則你便錯了。
句子是對
I have not watched the movie. = 我未睇過這電影
這句子用 Present perfect 原因
Present perfect 可以表達動作在過去某一個時間開始, 延續直到現在
如果句子是 negative statement, verb 可以是瞬間的動詞 (momentary verb)
Linguistics上, 名稱 punctual verb (相反: durative verb)
I have not opened the window since I came in this morning.
