Evaluate the following:
integral from -1 to 6 ( 9+e^(-2t) )δ(t-2) dt = ??

The integral will attain the value of its integrand (without the delta function) when the delta function's argument is 0.

In this case, this occurs when t = 2 (which is in [-1, 6]).
So, the integral equals 9 + e^(-2*2) = 9 + e^(-4).
