在不同意所達成的協定之情形下，應該要採取一些適當的行動。在未獲顧客同意前，不應使用這樣的系統。要先告訴顧客在同意或不同意接受這些條件下系統會如何如何。並且應該把系統的條件與所作的調整紀錄下來。concession 是讓步的意思，accept the condition with concession 就是接受讓步的條件，意思就是有所調整，而 accept the condition without concession 則是接受沒有讓步的條件，也就是接受原定的條件。
