The question is incorrect.
A 'that' clause must be a complete sentence in itself.
'a person who is too straightforward' is not a complete sentence. 'who is too straightforward' is a relative clause qualifying (describing) 'a person'. There is no verb following the subject 'a person'.
The question can be rephrased in a number of ways.
Is it wrong to be too straightforward?
Is it wrong if a person is too straightforward?
Is it wrong of a person if he is too straightforward?
To be gender neutral, the last question can be written as:
Is it wrong of a person if they are too straightforward?

Anything that goes to the extreme is bad. To get a fair evaluation on being straightforward, it is better to remove the word 'too' in the question, or else you may get a negative response on being too good in anything, whatever the motive may be.
