有d英文tense 問題想問下

This sentence 可以解釋作 arm arm finished/ up till now I am not sure whether they are clean :-D If you want to enphasize the time, you can say
I have been washing the shirts since 9a.m.

The reasonable sentence you should say is:
"I am washing shirts." (just to tell what you are doing)

As you are still washing, the shirts should not be clean enough to your satisfaction. (only you can judge whether they are clean enough or not)

Otherwise, you would probably say:
"I've been washing these shirts since 10 o'clock." (it has been an hour by now..)

Again, the shirts might not be "clean" enough.

Or else, you could say:
"I've finished washing the shirts." (what a relief! I've finally done it!)

In this case, you think the shirts are clean.

the present perfect tense shows an action took place in the past,is associated with the Present idea of Now,eg:-I have washed your shirts.(Up to now and I am a girl)
The present perfect tense is used:-(1)For an action just concluded when the resulting state is still present,eg:-I have washed my shirts.(Changed back to a boy.)
With the activity completed in the immediate past, "just" is used,eg:-The shirts have just been washed.(=passive voice,yet washed by you yourself.)

意思是已經洗完啲裇衫。
假設洗完等於洗乾淨...咁咪等於已經洗乾淨，但是句子用詞其實沒有交代是否乾淨了，重點是講洗衫這程序或動作已經完成。
