✔ 最佳答案
The use of Past Perfect tense Only !!!!!
This tense is formed by had +a past participle only;you should use this tense only !
(1)To speak of an action concluded before a certain time in the past or before the time of the occurrence of another action (denoted by the Simple Past Tense) and yet continuing into it, eg:-
Sam had played football in Apple Playground yesterday before Karen came(=arrived).
When Karen arrived,Sam had already played football in Apple Playground for two hours.
I arrived at the playground when Sam had already played football in Apple Playground for two hours.
Just as the Present Perfect Tense is used when the resultant state is still now="now", so the Past Perfect tense would be used to refer, at a subsequent time to this prior action. So the examples on your statment would, in the Past Perfect Tense, read:-
Sam had played 2 hours and he was unable to kiss Karen.
Sam had played the game; there was nothing to help me from improving my Past Perfect (Pluperfect) Tense.
(2)To express duration up to a certain time in the past,eg:-
By the time I arrived Sam had played that football for 2 hrs.
(3)In indirect speech to express an idea that , in direct speech, had been in the Present Perfect Tense, eg:-
Sam had played.
But in Simple Past tense:-
Sam had been played.
(4)The Past Continuous Tense used by you:-
As Sam was playing football for 2 hrs.I met him.We were running to school.
Sam was playing football for 2 hrs. What were Karen doing?
As Sam was playing football for 2 hrs,Karen arrived.
(5)Compared the following answer to the question,"Did you see about Sam's football story?"
(a)Yes, he was telling me about it this 2 hours.
(b)Yes,he told me about it this morning.
The Past Continuous tense in (a) suggests:-I have heard a little about it, but should like to hear more, my dear Sam."
The Simple Past tense in (b) suggests"I know, more or less, all about it;don't need any further information."

Sam played footabll in Apple Playground yesterday. I arrived at the playground.
如果你的意思是:"當我去到遊樂場, 我見到 Sam 正在 Apple 遊樂場玩" 這樣表達比較清楚
Answer: Sam was playing footabll in Apple Playground yesterday when I arrived at the playground.

Sam had been playing football for two hours.
如果你沒有指明日期, 你只想表達 Sam 巳踢了兩小時足球, 那麼應該用現在完成時態

Answer: Sam have played football for two hours.

朋友,同類問題你問了幾十次,我懷疑你對tenses有強逼性心理障礙,建議你找精神科醫生檢查一下。
