If you see the words "already", "yet", "recently", "so far" and so on, they remind
you of using present perfect tense.
e.g. 1 : I have already finished my homework.
e.g. 2 : I have heard him of falling in love with a girl recently.
e.g. 3 : There has been so far a rising trend of teenagers studying abroad.
However, bear in mind that if you see the word "yet", the answer is mostly negative.
e.g. : He hasn't irrigated the crops yet.
