chok is Chinglish,actually!!!

Since "chok" is not an actual word in English, you can't really write "I'm most chok." However, there are some other words that you can use to say you're "chok"; you can say "I'm the handsomest/ coolest." :D

I am the most spiffy person amongst the crowd.

Chok is Hong Kong English, it's not formal to use this word in English writing.

It should be
I am the chokkest.

"I'm most chok 咁寫得唔得?"

=a comely "chok".
