Q1 Both taken out and called are in passive voice.

(taken out is not describing audio content. Taken out is what will happen to the audio content.)

b. 2.The result is the culmination of a two-year research project that is called the Autonomous High Altitude Refuelling (AHR) programme.
(reduce relative clause to a past participle phrase)
