本人認為所有這三句英文都可以適用,不過是從繁複的結構變為簡單結構的句子。因為第一句的To 可以被省略變化為第二句;而did也可以同樣被省略變為第三句,不過若要保留過去式,可以將dare改為dared。

" I did not dare to say anything." Is correct.
' Dare ' is a trasitive verb (vt.)
so it must be followed by a preposition.
Also, ' Dare ' is also a auxiliary verb ( v. aux. )
so its form is just like "be".
e.g. My younger sister dare not go out alone
