他演說中談及如何抵抗通脹的部分不及(no more)如何投資的部分多。

好像本來是請他來講如何抵抗通貨膨脹的，結果他大部分時間都在講如何投資。當然投資可以用來抵抗通貨膨脹，但投資也可以用來減稅，增值，分散風險等等。所以這一句話有帶一點意料之外的味道。

原句語法確是有問題，演說不可能反通脹，只有演說的內容是反通脹，我認為原句應是這樣：
His speech is no more an anti-inflation (talk) than an investment talk.
(anti-inflation, adjective)
或
His speech is no more on anti-inflation than an investment talk.
(anti-inflation, noun)
