Interview question!急~拜託~

The fact that the person is interviewing you means he has already accepted your application. This is a non-question. It only shows the guy is poor in English or he does not have a logical mind.

What you really what to know is how to answer "Why I should hire you" type of question.

Don't say anything about your qualifications, etc. You have already talked a lot about it in the interview and the interviewer knows your qualifications and whether yours meet the company requirement.

Here is what I will say.

I do not know the other applicants so I cannot say if I am the best qualified person for the job. But I know I will put all my heart and all my effort into the job. I will learn as much as I can and I will also contribute as much to the company. If you hire me, some years down the road, I am sure you will be pleased with your decision today.

This is a very mean question. He is not asking why I should hire you.
Why would he need a reason while he has already reviewed you application and giving you an interview ? If I were you, I'll correct him like

Why not ? Unless you think I am not qualified. Not only me, shouldn't you accept all applicants who are qualified then screen out the best ? Please give me a reason if you think you should reject my application. I'll be very thankful to know.

I tell you what. If the interviewer does give you an excuse why he rejects your application. Report to CCIC, there may be some dirty deals behind the scene.

Interview question!
One (or three) reason to accept application=
(an) application for a job.
You are required to take Hotel as an eg.
(1) As a candidate I got 1/2 yrs as internship in Ritz-carlton Hotel operation certificate.
(2) I shall achieve my next 5 yrs. goal by planning to spend 5 yrs. in your hotel diploma participant.
(3) I know the Co's history as a starter in hotel management going to internal hospitality management! What an aspiring hotel business!
