不是 "如果"，是 "因為"。不是 "只要"，是 "只有"。
原文改為：

改後的原文譯為：
First of all, thank you very much for getting us a very low quantity of order. But the surcharge is still too much to our cost and we therefore like to cancel our order.

Your effort on successfully bargaining the minimum order quantities on our behlaf is highly appreciated. Should there be any additional charges imposed, it would mean a high cost to us. We have no alternative but to cancel the order.
