As Duzhi 23 is holding a certain non-Cantonese educational degree,will he get phD in 3 yrs.time?
Will HK acknowledge it?
As he knows a little Putonghua,will he be granted major in English in 2013, by realizing it in Teachers' Training Institute, Hong Kong?
