In Chinese, 嗜好 is used quite liberal. Anything you like to do can be said to be your 嗜好. In English, the usage of hobby is more restrictive. Reading is not a hobby, collecting books is. Window shopping is not a hobby, collecting discount coupons is. So here is my try.

I am a quiet person. Things I like to do at leisure are also quiescent activities like reading, internet surfing and window shopping.

If so, it is window shopping. In English, we have hiking, taking a walk, walking, strolling on a street would sound very strange in their usage.
