a dull headache/pain 「焗/滯住痛」，持續的頭痛，不太尖銳，但揮之不去。
我的翻譯是「滯痛」。

相反是 an acute pain，劇痛。

They forget the headache. So the translation should be

有少少頭痛。

dull headache = 隱約的頭痛

Yahoo 字典譯 dull pain = "隱隱作痛"

a headache that is neither strong nor serious, but continues for a long time.
