have been 係表示「曾經做過」,例如「have been wrote」表示曾經寫過某啲嘢。

至於「have gone」係「go」嘅past participle,即係「曾經去」嘅意思。

如果話「I have gone to HK.」 而咁嘅句式通常會跟限定詞表示時間,例如「I have gone to HK last year.」,即係「去年我曾經去了香港」。而若果話「I have been in HK.」

Jenny has gone to Japan. Jenny has been to Japan.

Jenny has gone to Japan last summer holiday. And she decided to go again this year.

Jenny has been to Japan in early childhood. The trip brought her many pleasant memories. So she immigrated to Japan after college graduated. 明顯Jenny雖然「has been to」日本,但現在都仍然在日本。

Has Jenny been to Japan?
Yes, she is in Japan right now.

如果身處當地,唔會用 have been to
