available 同 distinct 都是形容詞。兩句都可以寫成這種形式：Managers have many behavioral tools which/that are available to them to attack the powerlessness problems .
A company is a separate legal body which/that is distinct from its shareholders.
The police towed away the car which was damaged in the accident.
The police towed away the car damaged in the accident.
甚麼時候 which/that + be 可以省去呢﹖
當關係代名詞 relative pronoun (which/that) 為關係從句 (relative clause) 的主詞 subject，關係從句的動詞為 be，後面的是形容詞或過去或現在分詞，which/that + be 就可以省去。
