hello , my name is XXX. you can call me XXX.
i am 22 years old. i have graducted from XXXX.
i have completed the associtate degree of XXX.
In my work experience , i worked as a community organizer, teaching assistant and promoter.
Some of them were need to handle general clerical work.
I think it let me have some knowledge of clerk job .
Another, in my associate degree, i have learn more business letter writing skills , i think it can apply in the position.

我英文好差的~會考都係剛剛PASS ~ 我想問文員的面試係咪除左自我介紹,大部分都要英文對答的?大多會問咩的??

Good morning/Good afternoon, my name is XXX. I am 22 years old. I graduated from XXX Secondary School (in 2005).
In addition, I have obtained an associate degree(in business studies) from XXX Institution(e.g.VTC-SBI).

I held serveral clerical-work-related positions including community organizer, teaching assistant and promoter (between 2007 and 2011). Therefore, I have acquired clerical knowledge and experience, especially written abilities and skills. What I learnt at the Institution can be well applied to the clerical post I am applying for.
