I write to apologize for being late at school ...
I would write it this way:
I am writing to apologize for being late to school ...

Ahhhh...
What is "for whom was being late"?
You are asking whose being late or for whom the apology is intended?

There is no need to write "apologize for my being late" as you will not apologize for any other people's being late than yourself.

In order not to go to school late, I went to school by taxi.
This is not a general statement but was referring to a particular incident.

Ahhhh, you have asked me to explain why "go to bed" is correct. I answered I couldn't explain it but it was generally accepted by English speaking people. You played a trick on my words saying that many English speaking people did not speak correct English.

Let me correct it this way, generally used in English literature. How about that. Maybe you can explain to me why you say "go bed" is correct.

I am interested in the comment to answers, whoever the writers are. You just happened to write the last three. I do notice some grammatical mistakes in your sentences, especially those of more complicated structure. Work hard and pay attention to the sentence structure. Good luck.

My gender is the last thing you should care about.

In this article,

you wrote
Feeling tired, I went bed earlier yesterday.
Note:NOT TO BED!!!

In Opinion 005 of the same article, you wrote
Because I was tired, I went bed earlier. (not to bed, it doesn't make sense.)
Now you say "go bed" isn't correct. What is your stand on this?

I am asking to explain why go bed is correct as you had asked me to explain why "go to bed" is correct. My answer is generally accepted usage. What is yours?
