預定單上的運費$56,600不是正確的。
然而, 我卻無法在Excel更換或者更正它。
Dear xxx,The freight cost $56,600 is not correct in booking form.
However, I can not changed or revised it in Excel.

Dear xxx, The freight charge of NT$56,600 was incorrect in the booking order.However, I am not able to change or revise it in the Excel spreadsheet (due to incompatible software version that we are using). 括號內解釋為何不能更正它，例如：我們用的軟體版本不相容。2011-06-02 20:52:39 補充：
1, 表格被設定好了而不能修改：due to its fixed (or locked) cell format.
2, 更正，I am not ... => we are not ... 商用書信企業代名詞用we, 只有強調個人時用 I。
3, 國際貿易金額應加上幣值單位，如NT$, US$, USD 等，單純$ (dollar sign) 慣例指美元。

The freight charges of $56,000 shown in the Purchase Order No.xxx is incorrect. However, its change cannot be made in Excell(because of incompatibility in software edition).
