謝謝你提供資料，於18/4當日本公司已聯絡陳先生，表示本公司供應的場地花園範圍只能供應最大多六個電電掣插座(sockets)，建議不要在插座上再加插施板(power extension cords)以免電荷過重引致跳電而發生危險。

Our company had already contacted Mr Chan on April 18, indicating that a maximum of six power sockets could only be provided in the garden area designated by us. We also suggested that no power extension cords were to be plugged into the sockets to prevent hazards due to power surge caused by circuit overloading.

No offence intended but 003 seems to have overused the passive voice.

Thank you for your information. On 18th April.2011 we contacted Mr. Chan and told him that the power supply to the garden would be only sufficient for the consumption of six electric sockets and no extension unit (拖板) could be connected to the afore-said sockets for the prevention of any dangers arising from overloading.

Tim, generally speaking, "overloading" is related to the capacity of power cord but not the number of power socket provided inside the garden. That's a common sense.

On April 18 , our organization had contacted Mr. Chan and expressed that we only allowed to install six power sockets in his garden ; also reminding him don't adopt power extension cords into the socket as well, in order to prevent overloading and hazardous.
