That Highlight ??

Love will never be certain/sure.
If love does not know how to give and take without restrictions, it is not love, but a transaction that never fails to lay stress on a plus and a minus.
It's not about how much love you have in the beginning but how much love you build till the end.
Could anybody translate that highlight ? please.

TZ (題主)，I thought you wanted to get the Chinese translation, and so I gave my translation as below (the words highlighted were corresponding to those highlighted in the question) :

愛是從來都不能確定的。

如果愛是連怎樣無條件地互諒互讓也不明白的話，這就不是愛了，這只是從來都只著重於得失的交易而已。

這不是在於開始時你能感受到多少的愛，而是在於到最後你能讓愛增加和加深多少。
