trained: 被訓練
trained by the US Navy : 美國海軍所訓練的
that something不是一起看的; 本句有兩個that, 分別帶領兩個子句以and連接, 作為be convinced (of)的受詞, 子句前面的介系詞(of)常被省略.
S + V + that子句....and that子句.....
go off course: 脫離常軌; 出了差錯

翻譯
我確信這些就是美國海軍所訓練的那批海豚, 而且有哪裡出了大麻煩了.

I am convinced that these were dolphins trained by the US Navy and that something went badly off course.我確信那些是經過美國海軍訓練的海豚，同時有出了相當嚴重的狀況。 be convinced that + 子句：深信…trained by: 被…訓練出來的go badly off course: 嚴重地出了狀況，off course：偏離正常軌道

而且字也有拼錯的
開頭就錯
convinced 是過去式
所以不能用am要用was
that的意思是''那''
these的意思是''這些''
所以不能用在一起
were是are的過去式
大家都知道be動詞前要用主詞
these不是主詞喔

dolphins是海豚
trained是訓練 培養
去掉ed就是火車的意思
US Navy是美國海軍
沒有mething這個字
我想你是要說methinks
methinks是我想、據我來看
went badly 是變壞的意思
off course是路線
that something就是那些事
tained是腐敗的意思

我忘了要翻譯的的句子
但是因為的句子很奇怪
應該是中翻英硬翻的吧
所以我以我的觀點來翻譯

我確信這些就是那美海軍訓練過的海豚，
據我看來，還有學壞的趨勢。

或者是

我相信這些是美軍訓練的海豚，
我想他們應該是學到不好的事情而變壞了。

我不知道你是為什麼要問
但我要勸你 如果是文章寫的就不要看了
因為有一錯 就會在錯
如果是要寫文章而用 那不要用這句
去找認識的英文老師或朋友問清楚文法再用喔

還有你的 off course
如果是指of course
那意思就不是路線是當然了
若真是這樣
那翻譯就是
我確信那些是美軍訓練的海豚，
且一定因為某些事而變壞。
或是
我確信那些海豚是美軍訓練的，
一定是因為某事而曾發生嚴重事情。
雖然還是翻的出來
卻還是用錯文法
of course是形容詞(adj or adv)
所以不能用在句尾喔
