全中，雖然給意見的在文字上改得正確，但仍有問題修正如下：

HKID no.是那人的附加資料，所以主句是名字is employed by，所以要加上前後的comma,...,

Worker這個位(字)應是他的職位，所以要大寫頭。如果這個worker(雜工?)意思不是職位而是員工，則建議用staff，但最理想是寫上位的正式職位名。

另外faithfully是尊敬的意思，一般後輩向長輩/下級向上級或客人向主人才會用，公司之間或如你以公司名義提供資料用平等式的sincerely已經可以。

最後提一樣：undersigned這種寫法是舊式英國英文的寫法(全文不會有i/me/you等直指人的代名詞)，傳統公文仍有用，但現代英文寫法可直接用contact me(因為你便是簽名那個人)便可以了。
