剛剛檢查由A部門的AAA記錄，發現有很多的不可思意的問題在(新加坡)的生產國：
1. Week 22 & Week 23 是(新加坡)的長假期，正常是沒有船期進出，但以下所列出的有10k數量在假期中把貨品進出：
2. Week24-27在內的每個週期，都超過2個船期或以上，而最多不超過4個，正常每個週期內的船期是只得一班航行，但以下所列出的是涉及有關數量與每週期：
3. 以下列出的數量，甚至顯示AAA的日期 是大於BBB的日期：
此外，計算CCC的報告，我們慣常使用每週的星期五為運送日(delivery)，因為Shipping Plan都是顯示為同一日期，所以有此配合。但上述所提及之原因，會嚴重影響CCC的真實報告。

We have just checked Department A's recorder No.AAA and found that the following doubtful problems are concerned with the producing country Singapore : 1. Shipment of the goods are not usually made between Week 22 and Week 23 which are long holidays in Singapore. However, the following table lists the cargo movement for a total quantity of 10k during the afore-said holidays.
2. Between Week 24 and Week 27, two or more shipments but not exceeding four shipments per week are made , but only one vessel sailing is available for each week. The following table lists the relevent quantity per week:
3. The listed quantities show that the dates of AAA are later than those of BBB:
In addition, the calculation of the CCC's report is based on each week's Friday which we used as delivery date because shipping schedules will also show the same date for the prupose of matching operation.
The factors(findings) mentioned above will probably make CCC's report untrue.

2.Inclusive a each period of cycle such as Week24-27, exceed 2 date of shipment or more, not exceeding 4 at most , the date of shipment in normal each cycle is to have to sail in class one, but that listed followingly is to involve relevant quantities and every cycle :
