Regarding to your request for consignment, I believed that we should all be reposible and the fee should be 1 to 1. We will pay 400 pieces since we have give you $500 before. They do not compensate for 2000 pieces, I will order it again with the factory, adding the goods from China sent to Hong Kong's transport's costs and from Hk to Canada's fedex costs, the total cost for us is $800, Please check and confirm.
