for a month 同 a month 有咩分別?

1.I live in mainland for a month.
2.I live in mainland a month.

點解有時可以用for a month ,有時有d句子又可以用a month?

(1)I live in mainland for a month

發問者: (1) I live in mainland for a month.(incorrect) ------>I have lived in the Mainland for a month/one month. (2) I live in mainlan a month.(incorrect)
-----> I have been in the Mainland one month.

I lived in the Mainland one month ago.( past tense) I have been living in the Mainland for one month. (present perfect continuous tense).

for a month = 已經有一個月, a month = 一個月

Yr sentence should be in Present/Past Perfect Tense

-- Peter has/had lived in the mainland for a month.
