Because of speculation,Hong Kong's value of flats is [getting] higher and higher.It mades a difficulty for people to buy a flat.However, the government hesitate to take any solutions to solve the property bubble for fear of damaging the economy. Although government had put three sites for auction, but it hadn't attracted the developers. The result shows that it is ineffective. The writer [finger] out that government should face the problem and announce the measures about the property market and land supply. ..............

Comment:
[Developers only have money in their eyes.](英文冇得甘寫ge???) They just bid sites for luxury developments. It is a [big fault] to allow the developers who only have money in their eyes to control the market.
................ As government [had] put sites for auction, but it hadn't consider developers "interest", it mades a laughable mistake.
Besides, government look down on the porperty bubble because they [doesn't] take any action to solve the problem.
I partly agree the points of the writer. [Produce cheaper housing] can provide a chance for sandwich-class citizens to solve the housing problem and stop those developers monopolize the market.
[Formulate strategy] is a hard topic to me so I would have no comment on it but I don't think develop new towns in outskirt is a good idea.
Hong Kong is famous [of] its outskirt,too. If government wants to build more, they can redevelop the older urban areas. I think natural resources is also a treasure to Hong Kong.
