以下是以監護人身份請求校方更改其女兒的面試日期函:

Re : Change of Interview Date

I , being the candidate's guident, regret to inform you that my daughter XXX( Full name in Chinese and in English) is unable to attend the interview schedualed on 3 October,2010 at 10:00 am because she has to join her cousin's wedding on the same date. I would much appreciate it if you could arrange another interview date for my daughter.

發問者: 信函的代名詞需要弄清楚, 否則會令收信人費解! 請注意, 以面試者或監護人身份所寫的信是有不同之處,詳細不說了. 即使將My daughter代替We ...也不宜發出該函!
