I am writing a 3-minute closing speech for a debate
motion: It is wrong for the Police to tell lies no matter what the outcome is
I has been appointed as the captain of affirmative side.....please kindly give help as I have no experience in debate

I think you need more preparation. May be you can find it on internet, youtube or by asking someone who has experiences in debate, may be your friends, may be your teachers or some seniors in school.The style, presentation, way of speaking are very important.
Also prepare for the content and find out some examples.
