通常在Please be informed 後, 都會加 that:

Please be informed that we have received the document.

但冇加that都係文法正確.

發問者: Wongtak Yee的解答很好! 出於學術交流, 該句"Please be informed we have received the document..." 的主詞用了passive voice, 其語氣比使用active voice 的句子"We would like to inform you that we have received the document..." 較泠漠.
