We are writing in reply to your letter sending on 30th August 2010. Our company would not publish a new edition of XXXX. Therefore, the agreement of above book will be terminated immediately.

"Dear Sir/YYY,

In reply to your letter to us dated 30th August, 2010.

Please be informed that our company will not publish a new edition of XXXX. Therefore, the agreement on the new edition of the above book is then become invalid automatically. "



** Please consult your legal department or lawyer on the current agreement, see if there is any break clauses or termination requirements, usually, you can't cancel an agreement that easy (just by a letter?)!

We are writing in reply to your letter which was sent on dd/mm/yy (30th August,2010?Why?). We wish to inform you that a new edition of XXXX will not be published (according to the terms and condtions under the agreement No.xxxx signed by both parties on dd/mm/yy). Please note that the afore-said agreement will become invalid automatically/will be terminated automatically(within x days from the date of this letter) (as a result of your breach of this agreement) .



Remarks : (1) The blacken wordings in the above letter are for your reference only.
(2) Please read the terms and conditions under the agreement and see whether either parties is in breach of agreement. If you are not sure about it, you had better consult a solicitor for his/her professional opinions.
