中文: 本人於XX中學完成F.X課程，曾於一教育機構擔任導師一職，從而培養良好的耐性、溝通技巧、合作及時間管理。這些都是任職文員不可或缺的條件。
英文:I finished F.X study and graduated form XX Memorial Secondary School . I was tutor in a educational organisation,I was cultivated wll patience , communication skills ,co-operation and time management by my experience.I deeply believe that these factors is the most important and necessary of being a clerk .
中文: 另外,本人曾於校內擔任校內圖書館管理員,除負責整理館內圖書外，經常需要負責有關資料輸入及文書方面的工作,因此,本人經常運用Microsoft Word、Excel及Powerpoint等文書處理軟件。另外,本人亦經常協助老師處理其他有關圖書館的事務,例如整理壁報版等等。因此我相信我能膀任文職的工作。
英文: Furthermore,I was a librarian when I was student. Apart form clearing up books in the library . I always needed to deal with some data and imformation work.So, I am proficient MIcrosoft Word ,Excel and Powerpoint.Meanwhile ,I often help teacher to do other actively which is related to the library .For instance, Updating some information on the notice board.Thus,I have confidence to finish my work perfectly if I am a clerk.

After graduation from XXX Secondary School, I was employed by an education as a full-time tutor . During the period of tutoring, I had build on my patience, communication skills, co-operation with the others and time management , which are necessary for a clerk .
When I was a student I was a librarian in the above school . Beside clearing up books in the library, I was required to deal with data and clerical work and to undertake other tasks related to the library with other teachers , for example, updating some information on the notice board . Therefore, I am familiar with a number of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
