How to keep fit? Many young boys and girls want to know it.
Keeping fit has many ways. For instance, you always do some exercises, balanced diet is very important factor, you must sleep on time, so many ways can help you with keeping fit.
At the same time, it has many disadvantages and advantages. The first advantage is if you are fat, keeping fit is health for person. According survey, keeping fit can reduce to suffer from heart disease, stroke and other diseases. The second advantage is if you are slim, many persons will like your figure, they even follow you.
The first disadvantage is if you diet to lose your weight unreasonably, you will keep on a danger, so balanced diet is the most important things for keeping fit. Many persons care their weight, but I think that is not necessity.
I have ever experienced keeping fit. I do some exercises at 6 a.m. every morning.
It is difficult for me because I rarely do exercises. I can’t eat French-fires, onion rings….many my loving foods. I must sleep on time but I can’t do it sometimes.
Because of my test, it is more important than keeping fit.
