綜合而這英文部還未有能力操作complex sentence，所以錯了很多structure.反而中文行文比較合理。另外你說是report，一般而言內容中說及report所提的東西會用past tense的，請自行修正。

V. Conclusion

With the expansion of market, the enterprises' management modes should change/a change for the enterprises' management modes should go. The management modes either good or bad are very important to any enterprises .

From this report, we understand that the "Never Give Up" spirit is a very important factor because any enterprises' success does not only depend on the enterprisers with mission, unusual views and unique insight talent . We are envious of the others' success in their business but we don't know how much effort the operators of enterprises have paid for their success. The saying : " Success always comes to those who carry through firmly to the end ." is the best portrayal to reflect the success of Mr. King Lius, the Managging Director.

All in all, we not only know more about the enterprises' management modes but also learn the spirit of "Never Give Up" mentioned in this report . That's the greatest benefit, I think.
