Cheung Chau is one of the most popular outlying islands in Hong Kong . We can get there easily by riding the ferry. It takes an hour to reach Cheung Chau from the Central District. Firstly, there is no traffic, therefore it is suitable for the entire family to go. Secondly, we can enjoy that adventure journey along the coastline. Cheung Chau also was the place that Cheung Po Tsai who was a local pirate used to hang out.
We can ride the bicycle around the island. The Tung Wan beach is famous for swimming which is also a sea bathing paradise. We can go fishing at the other side of Tung Wan and on the shore.
