題主，想作個補充，既然閣下是問到「黑箱作業」，我認為 "black-box operation" 應是對的，而 "under-table operation" 的意思應是「檯底操作」或是「檯底作業」。而且，據我理解，「檯底」多是用來形容交易，很少用來形容作業或是操作。請題主留意。
