which is so loved by Hongkongers 是一個 relative clause (分句)，亦是被動式。
被動式的 relative clause 可以用 past participle 簡略成片語，

which is so loved by Hongkongers 就變成 so loved by Hongkongers，意思上仍然是被動式。

多一個例子：
The man who was arrested by the police yesterday has escaped.
The man arrested by the police yesterday has escaped.

我唔同意樓上的講法。 so loved by Hongkongers 只不過是一個 adjective phrase，用來形容名詞 fast-food chain。以中文來說，「受香港人愛戴的」是用來形容「快餐連鎖店」。
