以純grammar角度來看，要鏟返走「the」(i.e. 不應用definite article)

usage來說，「公司有道德地運作」呢句noun phrase可以直接譯作「Business ethics」，因為你並非指出有特定一間公司的特定一種道德運作的情況，而business ethics此詞亦較為常用及簡潔。

簡短地翻譯我會把它譯作：

「Business ethics sometimes outrages benefit」

但若果前文已有提及所謂「benefit」係包括道德倫理或名譽上的益處，而非只限於金錢上的益處，則需要用另一詞代替來避免誤會，例如：
