Some people learn English (no “is” because your sentence already have a subject+verb+something – here this something is an adjective - easy) easier than others. Regardless of studying (after the preposition “of”, we need to use a noun or a gerund, that is = verb+ing) in English is (studying is) easy for one or not, his/her own attitude towards studying (no “of”) English is the decisive factor. If you are determined to strengthen your English, and in addition you are also a really diligently guy in study, your English can progress quite a lot.

Note:

- In American English we can use “learn English easier”
- In British English we normally use “learn English more easily”
