是絶對正確，100% correct。
has 在這句的恴思是 makes me buy some sugar，有命令的意思。 buy 之前並不需要加 to。
e.g.
The manager has the employees finish the project before noon tomorrow.
經理要員工在明天中午前把項目完成。

動詞buy 之前係要用 to 0既﹐ 除非你改0左成個sentense structure, 換做 buying!
中文同英文係調轉0既﹐ 唔會話 nearby supermarket "附近0既超市"
應該用 the supermarket nearby!
意思係不屈不橈﹐寧死不從的意思。
另外果句就梗係有0野錯啦
口語的你可以講﹐
